Job Title: Chemical Engineer Masters GraduateLocation: Bracknell UK (This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home)Role Type: Full-time permanent role, 36.25 hours per weekJob Summary:As a Chemical Engineer Masters Graduate at Honeywell, in Bracknell, you have the opportunity to work around the world as part of a Field Operating Service (FOS) team, boosted by technology experts from Honeywell UOP's Technical Service Group. FOS advisors are on-site during, and after the initial start-up of UOP technologies. They help to ensure that the technology and customer operators are ready for commissioning. Advisors are also involved in the test runs that demonstrate guarantees, provide technical insight, and assist customers in resolving engineering and operating issues.This role is part of our University Relations program, designed to help students and recent graduates launch their careers with hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth within... Honeywell. This permanent role is set up with a start date of 1st September 2025.Key responsibilities:UOP advisors may remain at a site for a few days to several months before moving to the next assignment. For each start-up, advisors may work with a number of UOP-licensed processes and a variety of individuals within and outside of UOP.Begin your career with 12 months in the Early Career Program where you will be exposed to a variety of functions including Research and Process Development, Process Engineering and/or Technical Service.Following these 12 months of training, Engineers will transfer to Field Operating Service (FOS) where they will travel full time for 3-5 years on assignments to multiple locations around the world supporting UOP customers in operating plants as a process engineer and advisor.Accountabilities of this position include:Completion of a 12-month training program designed to develop the skills needed to be FOS technical advisor, including independent learning as well as structured classroom and hands-on training.Transfer to Field Operating Service for a duration of at least 3-5 years, following all safety procedures and adhering to FOS, UOP, and Honeywell policies.Collection and effective analysis of unit operating data & laboratory results, advising customers on scheduling, procedures, and response to emergency situations & unscheduled process changes.Key skills and qualifications:A 2024 or 2025 master's graduate in Chemical EngineeringProficient PC skills including Microsoft Office SuiteBroad technical knowledge in general Chemical Engineering principlesAbility to commit to traveling internationally and domestically and reside onsite for long uninterrupted periods of timeThe physical ability to climb laddersOur offer:Career Growth: Clear pathways for advancement, regular feedback, and mentorship opportunities.Skill Development: Access to training and certifications.Work-Life Balance: Flexible working arrangements and support for combining work with education.Tech and Innovation: Access to modern tools, technologies, and innovative work environments.Company Culture: Sense of community, team-building activities, and social events.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
