We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Operations, E-Commerce to create and update company-wide best practices to ensure that our team of Brand Managers operates at peak efficiency. This individual will bring several years of experience in brand management, ideally within an agency or Amazon aggregator , and will work closely with the Brand Managers to streamline processes, improve performance, and foster consistent excellence across all projects. Key Responsibilities: (Important : Candidates based in... "Dubai" should apply) Develop and continuously update comprehensive best practices for brand management to optimize operational efficiency. Collaborate with Brand Managers to understand current challenges, areas for improvement, and success strategies. Ensure that all Brand Managers are aligned with company-wide standards, ensuring consistency across projects and teams. Monitor and assess the performance of brand management processes, recommending improvements as needed. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to incorporate cutting-edge practices into brand management operations. Provide training and mentorship to Brand Managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Work with cross-functional teams to align brand management practices with overall company objectives and strategies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Director of Operations, preferably in an ecommerce environment. Several years of experience in brand management, preferably within an agency or aggregator environment. Proven track record of developing and implementing best practices for brand management. Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to influence and drive change across teams. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with different departments. In-depth knowledge of brand management tools, techniques, and industry trends.
