Role Overview:
As the Director of E-commerce, you will spearhead ASTUDIO’s e-commerce initiatives, collaborating with luxury brands to elevate their digital presence and grow their online revenue streams. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the challenge of pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in digital commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a cutting-edge e-commerce strategy for our clients, focusing on increasing revenue, enhancing user experience, and optimizing conversion rates.
• Innovation Leadership: Leverage the latest e-commerce technologies, including AI and automation tools, to create... personalized shopping experiences that resonate with luxury consumers.
• Cross-Channel Integration: Ensure seamless integration across all digital touchpoints—web, mobile, social, and beyond—creating a unified brand experience.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Use data and analytics to track performance, identify opportunities for growth, and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Partnerships & Growth: Identify new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations that can fuel growth and innovation for our luxury clients.
• Client Management: Be the main point of contact for high-profile clients, providing strategic insights and ensuring their vision is flawlessly executed.
What You Bring:
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on luxury, fashion, or beauty industries.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.), SEO/SEM, performance marketing, and web analytics.
• Innovation Focused: Passion for the latest e-commerce trends, AI-driven personalization, and data-driven decision-making.
