Head of Marketing Automation at DAZN

DAZN Brand and Marketing Operations are looking for a Head of Automation to join the team.   Reporting into the VP of Creative, the Head of Automation is a newly created role for the Central Creative team and is instrumental in delivering on the department’s key goals for 2024 and beyond.  The Central Creative team provide creative excellence globally across the whole DAZN business, working with key stakeholders to deliver a major 360 marketing campaigns and brand governance. This is a newly created role to ensure DAZN maximises efficiencies delivered through cutting edge technologies and automation.

As our new Head of Marketing Automation, you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Provide day to day management of DAZN’s external automation and productions partners to ensure they deliver on their SLA’s to provide high quality marketing services globally to DAZN. 
  • Ensure all assets delivered by automation and production partners are technically accurate, of high quality, adhere to DAZN brand guidelines and delivered on time.  
  • Devise new post production workflows and processes both internally and externally to ensure DAZN are as efficient and effective as possible. 
  • Keep a tight control of spend with key automation partners.  
  • Work closely with all DAZN’s major markets to deliver technically accurate and creatively effective marketing assets.  

You'll have:

  •  A thorough understanding of video and static design asset production processes. 
  •  A great attention to detail and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to keep calm and measured in pressurised situations. 
  •  Experience working at scale in a global company. 
  •  Experience delivering assets in multiple languages and transcreation considerations. 
  •  A passion for new technology within the sector.  
  •  A solutions mindset.
