The role:

We’re looking for a sharp HR Generalist, with a keen eye for detail and a care for people! The role is a maternity cover for 9 months, reporting to the Head of People.
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
• Recruitment onboarding: Support the full cycle of recruitment, including coordinating the onboarding process.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting open communication.
• Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, provide guidance on goal setting and assist managers in employee development plans.
• HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations, maintain accurate employee records, and update HR policies as necessary.
• Payroll: Run payroll in collaboration with Finance and the Head of People, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
• HR Reporting: Generate reports on HR metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Culture and Engagement: Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement, recognition, and a strong organizational culture.
• HR Systems: Competent in maintaining and maximizing usage of HR Information System, and support in the training of system optimizations across the business.
• Administration: Internal change letters, exit interviews, and any other people-related letters.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
• Significant experience in HR, in a scale-up environment or SaaS.
• Experience working in a multicultural business, ideally in a remote setup.
• Strong experience in employment law, employee relations, and payroll management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
