The Technician for Pilot Helmet performs the assembly of flight helmets for civil and military pilots, major/minor repairs, modifications, maintenance, and inspections of all the flight equipment (helmets and oxygen masks) using various types of diagnostic testers. Inspects, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains the equipment in accordance with applicable manuals and instructions.
The Technician will also provide support in the areas of records management, and staff coordination on long and short-term operations planning.
Qualified Candidate will be responsible for:
• Developing procedures/conducting equipment inspection, assembly, fitting, adjustment.
• Assembling flight helmets with all their parts: interiors, communication system, speakers, microphones, cablings, oxygen masks, visors
Required Skills
• Formal ALSE military training or ALSE Certification is an advantage
• Must have the skills and knowledge required to efficiently and safely perform all ALSE... tasks
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both oral and written forms
• Committed, Reliable, Professional and Trustworthy Candidate
• 5 years of experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Background in Electronics and Communications is a must
