Papprazi is a premier all-men's salon located in the heart of Dubai, seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Salon Assistant to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and customer-focused Salon Assistant to provide exceptional grooming services, including haircuts, massages, manicures, pedicures, and waxing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong passion for delivering high-quality services, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Hair Services:
- Assist senior stylists with haircuts, trimming, and styling.
- Perform basic haircuts, shaving, and grooming services.
Massage Therapy:
- Provide relaxing massages (e.g., Swedish, aromatherapy).
Nail Care:
- Perform manicures and pedicures, including nail trimming, shaping, and polishing.
Waxing and Grooming:
- Conduct waxing services (e.g... facial, body).
- Provide threading, tweezing, and other grooming services.
Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries and bookings.
Salon Maintenance:
- Maintain salon cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assist with inventory management.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a salon environment.
- Certification in hairstyling, massage therapy, or beauty services.
- Familiarity with men's grooming services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a men's salon.
- Knowledge of international grooming trends.
- Certification in specialized services (e.g., barbering, hot stone massage).
- Familiarity with salon software.
