• *Job Title:** Salon Manager (Women's Hair Salon)
• *Location:** The Beach, JBR, Dubai Marina Area

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Salon Manager to join our team at our women's-only hair salon located in the vibrant JBR area of Dubai. If you have a passion for the beauty industry, excellent leadership skills, and a customer-first approach, we’d love to hear from you!
• *Responsibilities:**

- Oversee daily salon operations and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all clients

- Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales targets

- Collaborate with stylists and technicians to ensure smooth operations

- Manage appointment bookings with Fresha and handle customer inquiries professionally

- Manage WhatsApp Business, answer to client, promote, send happy hours, ...

- Handle cash transactions and manage the cash register

- Manage different suppliers, inventory and stock replenishment

- Ensure salon cleanliness... hygiene standards, and inventory management

- Assist in recruiting, training, and managing staff schedules

- Promote salon services and products, driving engagement through marketing initiatives

- Report to management daily sales

- Prepare monthly sales report

- Manage internal SOA on Excel sheet

- Handle client feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly
• *Requirements:**

- Previous experience in salon management or a similar role in the beauty industry

- Knowledge in colour techniques and salons services is a big plus

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of hair care services and salon operations

- Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment

- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

- Proficiency in using salon management software and basic computer skills

- Positive attitude and a team player mindset

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
