We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to lead our salon team. The Salon Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Salary :AED 8000 to AED 10000

Location: City Walk,Dubai

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day salon operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage and motivate the team of hairstylists, beauticians, and other salon staff.
• Provide training and support to staff, ensuring high standards of service and professionalism.
• Ensure exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor salon performance, track key metrics, and implement strategies to achieve sales and service goals.
• Manage salon inventory, ensuring that supplies are ordered and stocked on... time.
• Schedule staff shifts, manage time-off requests, and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Implement promotional activities to drive customer engagement and increase sales.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and hygiene in line with health and safety regulations.
• Manage client bookings and ensure efficient appointment scheduling.
• Handle budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control for the salon.

Qualifications
• Experience: Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar management role within the beauty industry.
• Skills:
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of salon software systems for bookings and inventory management.
• Business acumen and understanding of sales and revenue targets.
• Education: Diploma or certification in beauty, cosmetology, or salon management is a plus.
