We are looking for a motivated and experienced Female Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our travel agency. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, customer service, and call center operations, combined with a strong commitment to providing excellent hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with inquiries about travel services, providing detailed information on packages and itineraries.
• Engage in proactive sales activities to promote travel packages and services.
• Handle customer service inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Process bookings, changes, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of current travel trends and promotions to effectively assist customers.
• Utilize PC software (Windows, Word, Excel, etc.) for documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery.

Qualifications:
• Experience in sales... customer service, and call center operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
• Proficient in PC software (Windows, Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
