Job Summary:
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to potential and existing clients of an aesthetic clinic/hospital. You will handle inquiries, schedule appointments, and offer information about available aesthetic services, ensuring a positive and informed experience for callers.
Responsibilities:
Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from clients and potential clients, addressing their inquiries about aesthetic treatments, services, pricing, and appointment availability.
Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointment calendars, book consultations, and schedule treatment sessions for clients with appropriate aesthetic professionals.
Product and Service Information: Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the clinic's aesthetic services, procedures, and skincare products.
Up-selling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or products that align with the caller's... interests and needs.
Client Education: Educate callers about the benefits, potential risks, and post-treatment care associated with specific aesthetic procedures.
Handling Complaints: Address client complaints or concerns professionally, escalating issues to the appropriate department or manager when necessary.
Follow-Up Calls: Make outbound follow-up calls to confirm appointments, check on client satisfaction, and encourage clients to rebook or refer others.
Data Entry: Accurately record and update client information, appointment details, and interactions in the call center database.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the clinic's receptionists, aesthetic professionals, and support staff to ensure smooth client flow and consistent customer service.
Compliance: Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies concerning client confidentiality and data protection.
Requirements:
Customer Service Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Empathy and Patience: Demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with clients' questions, concerns, or requests.
Knowledge of Aesthetic Procedures: Familiarity with aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and cosmetic procedures is beneficial.
Multi-Tasking: Ability to handle multiple calls and inquiries simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during calls.
Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using call center software, appointment scheduling systems, and database entry.
Positive Attitude: Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for callers.
Sales and Up selling: Basic knowledge of sales techniques and upselling strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, especially if serving a diverse clientele
UAE Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience preferably in a bank
