Job Descrption
This position will be based in Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Preparation of cheques.
• Payment follow-ups with the clients.
• Vendors reconciliation and payments.
• Petty cash management and daily update on collections.
• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service inquiries.
• Promotes company products by suggesting information about other products and services.
• Preparation of sales orders.
• Informs customers on status of their orders.
• Handle other Customer Service or Accounts duties as needed.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2 years of Customer Service, Accounts or Admin experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel.
• Possesses good communication skills, good writing skills, and attention to detail.
• Can work well under pressure and display good organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Job Types... Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Education:
• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:
• Customer Service, Accounts or Admin: 2 years (Required)
