Job Descrption
Responsibilities:
• Installing and configuring client computer systems.
• Responding to client IT support requests.
• Offering solutions that meet the needs of the client.
• Resolving support requests and service tickets.
• Delivering application and technical support to end users.
• Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems.
• Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
• Identifying, diagnosing, and rectifying any issues with computer hardware, software, services, and applications.
• CCTV Cameras troubleshooting and installation.
• Router and Access Point configuration and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar technical support role. Experience in a corporate environment is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows and... macOS operating systems, as well as common office productivity software. Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting, networking basics, and remote desktop tools.
• Driving License is must.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
