Help to improve customer satisfaction and reach out to potential clients to surplus logistic business and generate sales for the Dubai branch, as well as to support with operations.
Job Accountabilities:
• Visit existing/potential customers in the field to sell products and follow up on previous sales calls.
• Achieve agreed sales targets.
• Implement unique strategies to reach out to new potential clients for increasing sales and follow up on previous sales calls.
• Prepare daily call reports for submission to the sales manager.
• Understand major market trends.
• Prepare quotations for clients and submit invoices to the accounts department.
• Conduct demos and roadshows in coordination with the sales manager.
• Prepare tenders, quotations, and respond to inquiries in consultation with the sales manager.
• Coordinate with the service center and parts for effective customer care.
• Ensure proper coordination for the delivery of vehicles/equipment.
• Effectively cover the assigned... territory.
Qualifications & Education:
Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar background.
Knowledge & Skills:
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Strong marketing skills, knowledge of logistic rules and regulations, and operations experience.
