Job Descrption
We are seeking an experienced Limousine Manager With RTA License to lead our team and ensure the seamless operation of our luxury transportation services. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing our fleet, and ensuring that all customer experiences reflect the high standards of our company. Key Responsibilities:
• Operations Management : Oversee day-to-day limousine operations, ensuring all vehicles and chauffeurs are ready and available for customer service at all times.
• Fleet Coordination : Manage the scheduling, maintenance, and dispatch of limousines to ensure on-time performance, cleanliness, and optimal vehicle condition.
• Customer Experience : Implement strategies to enhance the client experience, from initial booking to final drop-off, maintaining the luxury and professional image of the... company.
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of professional drivers, providing ongoing training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
• Compliance & Safety : Ensure all operations adhere to local regulations, safety standards, and company policies, including maintaining up-to-date limousine licenses for all drivers.
• Logistics & Problem Solving : Quickly and effectively resolve any operational or client issues that may arise, including last-minute bookings, route changes, or vehicle breakdowns.
• Vendor Relations : Collaborate with maintenance and fuel vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure cost-effective vehicle servicing.
• Performance Monitoring : Track and analyze key performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, fleet utilization, and revenue growth, using data to optimize operations and increase efficiency.
• Business Development : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new opportunities, drive corporate partnerships, and grow the company's presence in the luxury transportation market.
• Technology Integration : Stay updated on the latest industry technologies and implement systems to improve fleet tracking, client bookings, and overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
• Experience : Minimum of 5 years experience in the limousine industry, with a proven track record of managing operations.
• Licensing : Valid Limousine License issued by the RTA (Roads and Transport Authority).
• Leadership : Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on creating a positive team culture.
• Customer Service : Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with high-profile clients professionally.
• Technical Savvy : Proficiency in using fleet management software, CRM systems, and other relevant technology platforms.
• Attention to Detail : Strong organizational and time management skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility : Willingness to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, as the business requires.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
