Your new role
As a Senior Accountant, you will work in a core accounting role in a broad and busy role. Core responsibilities include:
• Preparation of the monthly management accounts for the group providing insightful explanations of material deviations from plans, forecasts and historical trends
• Ownership of all ledgers and providing the supporting monthly reports
• VAT returns
• Maintaining the fixed assets register
• Review and enhance accounting processes and procedures to ensure the most efficient use of available systems

What you'll need to succeed
• Actively studying for an ACCA or CIMA... qualification or Qualified By Experience
• Extensive month-end experience, preferably working within a SME finance function
• Previous experience in a fast-moving environment.
• Proven background in enhancing processes / procedures
