Senior Surveyor - UK Offices Leasing

Location: London – Portman Square

We have a great opportunity for an established Senior Surveyor or Associate to join our Office Leasing team. This role is a hands on and client centric role, you will form part of the wider team in providing office leasing advice to landlord clients across the South East of England.

Our role will be split into three broad categories:
1. Supporting senior team members on a range of leasing instructions and assisting with the pursuit of new business and pitches
2. Client facing role on smaller projects; expected to run these projects soon after joining
3. Ensuring systems and protocols are being delivered at the appropriate level with the support of more junior colleagues

Joining our Office Leasing team you will provide excellent professional advice and service to clients in support of instructions, whilst contributing to... the success of the Team and Division by helping to meet financial goals.

We are a forward thinking team, we are looking for someone who can identify solutions that reduce costs, deliver innovation by looking for and suggesting new ways to differentiate C&W services from the competition

Knowledge & Experience:
• Commercial Agency experience
• Familiarity with the South East region and office market preferred
• A level of experience selling successfully to clients
• Demonstrable technical competence in areas relevant to role
• Demonstrable understanding of market and local knowledge, although not critical
• Financial awareness

Qualifications

• BSc and/or MSc level achieved
• MRICS preferred but not essential, dependent upon experience
• Full driving licence
