We are seeking a digitally savvy, experienced strategic mind to help develop and execute our influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. You will be responsible for helping the continuous growth of our influencer database to build a strong community of brand ambassadors globally.

The Responsibilities:
• Pitch and support in the development and execution of global influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns, ensuring activities are aligned with business and brand objectives
•... Identify, recruit and build relationships with content creators, influencers and advocates by researching relevant industry experts, competitors and target audiences, owning and maintaining a directory of all influencers worked with across the business
• Be the main contact for influencer comms, both internally and with external agencies and partners, to ensure consistency and alignment with campaign objectives
• Work with marketing leads to set KPIs, with a view to increase brand awareness and engagement
• Track performance and create reports to audit existing influencer relationships to ensure all are delivering on-brand content against KPIs, making suggestions for future campaigns and pitching fresh ideas
• Monitor wider influencer trends, technologies and community voice, reporting back on influencer sentiment, concerns, and suggestions, as well as competitor activity and social activations
• Work cross-functionally across multiple business teams (e.g. digital, paid media, affiliates and CRM) to ensure all suitable content is accessible to all owned and operated channels, to maximise platforms and assets
• Work closely with the Trade team to ensure product selection, timelines and deliveries for influencer campaigns and key launches are met, placing orders for sample buys
• Support with organic seeding and gifting directory, aligning with PR initiatives
• Negotiate with agencies and influencers on content deliverables and fees, liaising with our legal team to complete influencer contracts to these specifications
• Keeping track of budgets, phasing and spending, working with the finance team to report back on an ongoing basis and re-forecasting where necessary
• Provide a critical review of influencer content to ensure this is aligned to briefs and deliverables, signed off and feeding back to clients where necessary
• Develop content ideas for new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns, writing clear and concise briefs for in-house production teams and external influencers to follow to create on-brand content
• Liaise with the marketing teams across all channels to create and coordinate strategies that work across different markets
• Attend relevant events for networking and business purposes, building and maintaining relationships with key agency and influencer partners
• Support the wider content and marketing teams, providing the expert voice in all things influencer
• Assist the team in creating low-fi, to-camera content
• Tracking, sourcing and reposting influencer and UGC content, replying to creator posts and DMs to help foster further engagement
The Person:
• A proud and passionate representative of the FitFlop brand!
• Proven track record in outreach campaign strategies
• In-depth knowledge of the social media and influencer marketing industry
• Experience working on campaigns in the UK, EU and US
• Understand the different values of influencers, creators and advocates, and the relationship between them
• Good understanding of and experience in a variety of influencer platforms (e.g. Klarna Creator, StoryClash, LTK etc)
• Driven and resilient communicator with impeccable verbal, written and negotiation skills
• Approachable and easy to talk with…. you’ll be a great people person!
• Well-organized with great time and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• A commercial thinker: manage influencers to help with conversion, sales and performance
• A strategic planner, coming up with efficient and innovative ways our servicing influencers with product
• Fashion/footwear passion and experience!
