Job Title: Mechanical Design Manager
Salary: £70,000 - £85,000 (Plus additional company benefits)

This fast-growing company, based in Central London, is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Design Manager to lead and grow a new design team as they continue to expand rapidly due to ongoing success and increasing project wins.

Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience:
• Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience of seeing conceptual designs through to completion.
• Growing a team of design engineers, whilst managing sub-contracted design engineers & consultants.
• Experience either previously working for an M&E Contractor or a Consultancy.
• Strong internal & external presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to use your own initiative and work under time constraints.
• Preference shown for candidates with experience using CAD, Revit, Microsoft Office & Amtech.
• Providing accurate and detailed design in a timely manner.
• Ability to produce specifications, schedules, drawings, and any other contract documents developed through the RIBA work stages.
Remuneration Package:
Industry leading basic salary and packages (dependent on previous experience/ track record).
Fully expensed travel.
Contributory pension scheme.
