Haus Careers is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a dynamic architecture practice based in West London, seeking an experienced Office Manager with strong graphic design skills to manage day-to-day office operations and support bid preparation. This role offers an exciting mix of administrative duties and creative design work, particularly focused on producing professional and visually appealing RFP (Request for Proposal) submissions.
Key Responsibilities for this Office Manager Role Office Management
• Manage daily operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Oversee office supplies, equipment, and manage relationships with external suppliers.
• Plan and coordinate team events and social activities.
• Organise meetings and arrange travel for staff.
• Act as the main point of contact for general office enquiries, including welcoming visitors and handling phone calls.
• Maintain both physical and digital filing... systems, assist with invoicing, and keep track of office expenses.
• Support HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and ensuring adherence to office policies.
Bid Coordination & Graphic Design
• Design and format RFP documents, ensuring submissions are visually compelling and on-brand.
• Collaborate with colleagues to produce graphics, layouts, and diagrams for bid submissions.
• Maintain and update design templates and resources to ensure consistency across materials.
• Assist with the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital assets
Skills & Requirements for this Office Manager Role
• Previous experience in office management and graphic design (proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is preferred).
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Confident in the use of Microsoft Office..
Experience Required
• Formal qualifications are not required, but a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role is essential. Experience in handling RFPs and graphic design work is highly desirable.
