YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES
In this junior role, you are working closely together with both Finance and HR teams and provide administrative support to the business.
Finance:
• Ensure accurate and timely Invoice processing.
• Provide support with credit control, reporting and ad-hoc projects.
• Reconciling supplier accounts and setting up payment runs.
• Assisting Finance and HR manager on budgeting
HR:
• HR Administration, including recruitment activities and on-boarding of new employees
• Assisting in the assessment of training needs as well as organizing and evaluating trainings
• Working on organizational charts and job descriptions
• Working together with HR Manager to ensure compliance to local labour laws
• Maintaining employee records and personnel files
• Absence management
• Assisting with off-boarding process
YOUR PROFILE
• First experience in working in a mixed HR / finance environment.
• Strong excel skills are key, and you ideally have experience of working with HR... systems.
• You are very details oriented with strong affinity for numbers.
• Discretion, diplomacy and a flexible attitude are also important along with the ability to keep a cool head under pressure.
• You are friendly, personable and approachable, with the ability to multi-task.
• You are perfectly fluent in English.
• Good understanding of legal requirements is a plus.
