Job Overview:
The Inventory Coordinator maintains inventory levels through processes and procedures through replenishment; manages the stock levels for SKUs in the stores and distribution centres across all banners, including special handling for E-Commerce orders.
Contract Position End Date: November 28, 2025
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
• Review in-stock by class and action out-of-stock
• Review and report on departmental vendor, status, skus, inventory levels advise on issues
• Complete Opening Seasonal Flow and monitor and action seasonal inventory flow to preserve in-stock
• Execute closing of seasonal inventory flow strategy
Purchase Order Management
• Create PO's for import and domestic items
• Utilize EDI process to ensure consistent and timely transmission and follow-up of purchase orders through all channels, to ensure on time delivery or communicate delays of delivery to Category team
• Input purchase orders relating to POG/CAM and other promotional displays setup
• Monitor and follow-up on PO's
• Cancel backordered and late PO's, as required
Inventory Ordering
• Track PO's and alert when not coming
• Execute ordering of SKUu2019s and distribution throughout the chain for flyer, and follow up on flow with vendors and the DC to ensure in stock goals are met
• Execute ordering, fulfilment, and initial distribution of long lead time/seasonal and import SKUs/Vendors
• Execute fulfilment solutions for rain cheques
Inventory Flow
• Execute ordering, fulfilment, and initial distribution of long lead time/seasonal and import SKUs/Vendors
• Input replenishment orders and order flow to stores as required
Requirements
• Education in Supply Chain/Business or a related field considered/equivalent experience
• 3/4 years' related work experience

Hours:
• 37.5 hours/week
• 8:00 to 4:30 Monday to Friday (flex options available)
• Hybrid u2013 3 days per week required in office
