Job Summary
We are seeking an Order Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering orders into our computer system and ensuring seamless order processing.

Responsibilities
- Input customer orders into the database with precision and efficiency
- Verify data accuracy in orders and invoices
- Communicate with customers to confirm order details
- Assist in resolving any order discrepancies or issues
- Maintain organised records of orders and customer information
- Provide clerical support to the sales team as needed

Requirements
- Proficient in office and clerical tasks
- Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage order entry efficiently
- Familiarity with computerised systems for order processing
- Knowledge of Google Suite applications
- Basic understanding of QuickBooks software
- Good phone etiquette for customer interactions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £30,000.00 per... year
