The Geller... Institute of Ageing and Memory
We are a flagship Institute at the University of West London (UWL), delivering interdisciplinary applied research and education. Our focus is on delivering the evidence to inform high quality, cutting edge, health and social care to benefit people living with dementia, older people, and their care partners and families.

The Role
To provide a high level of administrative support to the Senior Administrator, the School and the Geller Institute of Ageing and Memory (GIAM). Key functions will include supporting administrative, Finance, HR, and Facilities related tasks.
The Person
You will have experience of working in an operations focussed, fast paced environment. The role involves supporting a wide range of administrative, Finance, HR, and Facilities related tasks. Excellent IT skills, including MS Office and financial applications and can set-up and maintain efficient and up-to-date filing systems are required.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, balancing a conflicting and varied workload. The role requires the ability to work as a flexible and effective member of a large academic team and the ability to work methodically when under pressure to tight deadlines.
