Job Descrption
Full Time receptionist for a dental practice.
Duties
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify patient insurance information and assist with insurance claims
- Collect and process payments from patients
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Ensure the waiting area is clean and organized
- Contact leads, follow-up with leads and close treatment plans suggested by clinicians.
Experience
- Previous experience in a dental clinic in a similar role is a must.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
