Location: Edmonton, LondonSalary: Up to £41,500 + Excellent Benefits Package About the Role: An exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Services Manager to join a dynamic team in Edmonton, London. This is a fantastic role for a passionate individual to lead and manage the Soft Services team on-site, with occasional support for other Southern locations as required. Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of the Soft Services team.
• Manage timekeeping, payroll, and staff absences using SAP.
• Allocate tasks, ensuring all staff maintain professionalism and follow site rules.
• Ensure proper use of hygiene materials and monitor machinery safety.
• Conduct weekly equipment checks and promptly report defects.
• Maintain work standards with KPI checklists and up-to-date documentation.
• Oversee safety protocols and manage work orders to meet KPIs.
Skills and experience:
• Proven experience in facilities management with a focus on... soft services.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Professional, enthusiastic, and able to work under pressure.
