Call Centre Agent
• Annual Salary: £22,500

Join a great client of ours as a Customer Service Agent, where you will provide empathetic, honest, and professional service while engaging with customers to assist with their queries regarding outstanding accounts. This role is ideal for individuals who are resilient, can handle high-volume calls in a call centre environment, and are motivated to provide exceptional customer service.
Day-to-day of the role:
• Engage directly with customers to assist with queries about their accounts.
• Understand customer circumstances and agree on repayment plans that are affordable and sustainable.
• Handle a high volume of calls, including difficult conversations about sensitive issues.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and honesty in all customer interactions.
• Use skilled negotiation to achieve the best outcomes for both the customer and the organisation.
• Update customer records accurately and... efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience in a Contact Centre is desirable but not essential.
• Highly motivated to deliver quality customer service.
• Professional and polite with a courteous telephone manner.
• Confident in overcoming customer objections and managing difficult conversations.
• Able to gather and record facts, ask questions, and evaluate information to ensure fair customer outcomes.
• Empathetic towards customers’ circumstances where appropriate.
• Computer literate with an eye for detail.
• Able to work to deadlines and targets.

Full training will be provided over a 5-week period at the Croydon office, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Please note that annual leave requests will not be considered during the training period.
