The Junior Quantity Surveyor will support the existing Commercial Team withing the business. The successful candidate will have the willingness to learn and be able to communicate well. This is a developing role and... a great opportunity for the successful candidate(s) to develop a career.
• Prepare and update cash flow forecasts.
• Coordinate application, certification, and invoices.
• Assist with application and variation preparation.
• Manage retentions and Sub-Contractors.
• Assist with preparing JCRs and support PMs.
• Monitor Supply Chain KPIs and database.
• Maintain Commercial Dept. records and tasks.
• Input data for analysis.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Requirements
• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• 1-2 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
• Proficient use of excel and QS software (ross 5d) favourable
