Position: Part-Time International Sales Director (Sales & Operations) – US Retail Expansion
Package: Up to £130,000 + Benefits
Location: London-based, 3 days per week (with potential to go full-time)

About the Role:
We're working on behalf of a fast-growing challenger brand to hire an International Sales Director to drive their US retail expansion. Based in the UK, this part-time role (3 days a week) offers the potential to transition into a full-time position as new business accounts are secured. You’ll play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s US presence by both managing existing relationships and unlocking new sales opportunities with key US-based retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive new business by identifying and securing partnerships with additional US-based retailers.
• Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring sustained growth and customer... satisfaction.
• Oversee operational processes including stock management, customs compliance, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery into the US market.
• Develop strategies to scale the company’s operations and sales as the US footprint grows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on goals and facilitate smooth operations across departments.
Who We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in selling to US-based grocery retailers on the East Coast
• A strong understanding of the US retail landscape and customer requirements.
• Experience managing operations, including stock, customs, and logistics for international sales.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for working with high-growth brands.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
