Location: London / Work from Home - Hybrid working available

Reporting To: Logistics Manager

The Logistics Admin role is an exciting opportunity to support the Logistics Manager and wider CX team during our busy seasonal period. You will provide an exceptional customer experience for our customers by ensuring our delivery promise is upheld.

The start date for this role will be mid October 2024.
What you’ll do

Customer Obsession
• Working in a fast paced environment, you will assist with time sensitive daily administrative tasks such as processing delivery exceptions, communicating on order delays and updating SLA reporting.
• Take ownership of our logistics inbox in order to resolve carrier queries and ensure timely delivery of customer orders. Queries may include - customs information, producing export/import documentation, processing lost in post shipments and interacting with both customers and carriers.
• Work with carriers and MV operational team to ensure all parcels are accounted for and exceptions are resolved without delay.
• Work closely with our Trade Partner team to monitor tracking and delivery of B2B shipments and raising issues within a timely manner where appropriate.

• Logistics experience is desirable but not a must.

Additional Requirements

Ability to document your authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.
Travel Requirements

Travel to the London based Distribution Centre will be required for training.
