We are looking for Packaging Planner to join an existing team working for one of our well known and loved High Street Retail Accounts.
The role will be an initial contract (mat leave cover) with a potential to move to a Full Time position.
Working from home with a bi-weekly visit to the clients office in Pimlico.
9-6pm or 8-5pm with 1hr lunch (unpaid)
CLIENT EXPERIENCE
● Manage client expectations by providing regular project updates.
● Build trust... through proactiveness, technical support and effort.
● Be approachable at all times with a willingness to listen and solve issues.
● Act at Brand Guardian for the client (for copy, imagery, colours etc.)
RANGE MANAGEMENT
● Ownership of high profile projects and brand redesigns.
● Host meetings with the client internal teams, providing accurate minutes including actions.
● Liaise with client photo studio to acquire packaging photography where required.
● Use creative judgement to make recommendations.
● Provide support to ensure Style Guides are accurate before the start of the season.
● Carry out store audits where required.
INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
● Brief information into the BRANDED Studio teams, ensuring data gathered up front is complete and
accurate.
● Prioritise workload through production, liaising closely with the BRANDED Studio Team.
● Raise any issues immediately whether client, production or team related, to the Team Leader.
● Constantly strive for right first time and cost/time reduction.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
● Knowledge of print or repro.
● Good knowledge of design, retail, brand and packaging.
● Strong organisational skills along with ability to multitask.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Good attention to detail.
● A team player, with an efficient and proactive approach.
● PC literate – Google suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat
