Urgent opportunity to work for a retail brand in build mode. This retail business has got exciting plans to open up 50 plus stores together with a world class E-Commerce website. Additional support is needed in their central London head office.
We are looking for a talented office administrator with excellent telephone manner and written communication skills. Must have outstanding customer service skills to ensure a great customer experience. This is an office-based position reporting directly into senior management and will include the following tasks and duties:
• Answering phones and providing support to the senior management team
• Supporting on compliance, HR tasks, and finance duties
• Completing day-to-day admin tasks and compiling ad hoc reports and projects
• Compiling and sending out communication via emails and letters to suppliers, stores, and stakeholders
• Diary management and appointment bookings
Candidate Requirements
•... Minimum 2 years of office admin or operations experience, ideally within a fast-paced retail business
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
• Hardworking and flexible about tasks to help wider team
• Well spoken, warm, and willing to roll sleeves up
• This is a full-time office-based position
