The Opportunity:We are seeking an organized, proactive Executive Assistant & Office Coordinator to support the Founder in managing daily operations, client liaison, and property listings. This role offers the opportunity to be a key part of a growing business in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Executive support: Manage administrative tasks for the Founder's business and personal needs.
• Office coordination: Oversee day-to-day operations, team workflow, and assist with business administration.
• Listing management: Ensure smooth listing processes, compliance, and marketing materials for client approval.
• Client liaison: Update clients regularly, manage appointments, and provide first-class service.
• Marketing collaboration... Work with the marketing team to ensure properties are marketed effectively.
• Property launch support: Assist with property launches, managing enquiries and marketing strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience in executive assistance, office coordination, or admin support, preferably in real estate or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication and client relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive and flexible approach to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A valid UK driver's license.
