Office Manager and EA to CEO - £19.23ph plus holiday pay - Central London
Immediate start for one month initially
Are you ready to take on an exciting, multifaceted role where no two days are the same? We’re looking for an organized, proactive and professional Executive Assistant & Office Manager! In this pivotal role, you'll manage the London HQ, coordinate executive schedules, plan memorable company events, and more - all while being at the heart of an innovative team making a real impact in the world of medical training.
What You’ll Do:
• Keep the Office Running Smoothly: Manage office supplies, facilities, and ensure the London HQ is always ready to welcome visitors and inspire the team.
• Be a Trusted Right Hand: Organize and maintain the CEO inbox and calendars, handling emails on their behalf and ensuring their time is optimized.
• Support Key Meetings: From board meetings to team huddles, you’ll handle meeting prep, take minutes, track action items and follow up on monthly... reports.
• Coordinate Travel & Events: Arrange travel for the CEO and occasionally team members, managing every detail from flights to expenses!
• Organize Company Events: Plan exciting monthly meet-ups, engineering days, annual offsites and award ceremonies that bring the team together.
• Research & Reporting: Assist with presentations, reports, tracking payments, and research tasks to keep projects on track.
What We’re Looking For:
• You’re personable, communicative and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• You have experience with Google Workspace and are comfortable working 100% in-office.
• You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy supporting others to achieve their best.
• You’ll have previous experience in a similar position, managing the schedule of Senior Executives.
• You’ll be confident in managing diaries, inboxes and written correspondence.
