Our client is a leading UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced Concrete Frames and Groundworks. Our client has a turnover of over £130 million per annum with project values varied from £10m – £50m. Our client’s expertise spans a wide range of Infrastructure, commercial and residential projects.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is need for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m – £20m.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs with an end goal of maximising the project profit margin and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing future client relationships.
REQUIREMENTS
This role is best suited to an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor however, candidates that are at Intermediate level looking to enhance their careers are also... being considered for the Senior position.
Previous experience in working with Estimating
Demonstrable skills developed with a civil engineering or RC Frame and groundwork contractor.
Degree educated within Quantity Surveying.
5+ years experience with a Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor.
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
Salary range of £80,000 to £110,000 per annum.
