Overview
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team in providing exceptional front desk support. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with basic administrative tasks using QuickBooks and Google Suite
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
Qualifications
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Google Suite
- Strong administrative and clerical skills
- Excellent data entry abilities
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Familiarity with office equipment operation
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills
