Our client is a dynamic design management company based in London that employs around 50 talented professionals. They are now actively seeking an experienced Bid Coordinator/Manager who will play a crucial role in the preparation and submission of bids, ensuring that all proposals align with the company's strategic goals and maintain a high standard of quality.
Responsibilities:
The Bid Coordinator/Manager will be responsible for:
• Preparing and submitting bids to meet strategic goals.
• Ensuring high standards of quality in all proposals.
• Managing multiple bids simultaneously under pressure.
• Creating high-quality bid material to articulate the firm's services and added value.
• Editing and proofreading bid documents for accuracy.Required
Skills and Experience:
• Proven experience in a Bid Coordinator/Manager role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe (InDesign) is essential.
• APMP certification is an advantage but not... essential.
