Compensation and Benefits
• Salary range: £54,000 - £81,000
• Relocation assistance may be available
• Travel required: Infrequently (10% of the time)

Skills
• Experience as a QA/Test Engineer with a strong focus on automated tooling (Cypress, Selenium, Robot, Cucumber, Molecule, JMeter).
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, deployment technologies, and cloud platforms (Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Terraform, Ansible).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, ideally with some experience in agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
• Design and develop robust and scalable test frameworks using modern technologies and best practices.
• Engage in the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, development, and UX.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster overall team growth.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in QA/Test Engineering.
• Strong technical background in automated testing and test infrastructure.
• Must hold the highest UK Government security clearance relevant to the job role.
Education Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Education Requirements Credential Category
• Relevant certifications in testing or software engineering preferred.
Experience Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing.
• Experience in leading projects and mentoring junior team members.
