Role Overview: As the Executive Chief of Staff, you will provide invaluable support to the CEO and executive team of a rapidly growing insurance business backed by private equity. This pivotal role involves spearheading strategic programs and initiatives while serving as the CEO's trusted advisor.
• Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives alongside the CEO.
• Provide critical support and guidance to the executive team in decision-making processes.
• Drive internal stakeholders to accomplish key strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to optimize operational efficiencies.
• Support M&A activities, including origination and execution.
• Contribute to financial modeling and preparation of Board reports.
• Ensure timely project execution by tracking progress and milestones.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance... or economics.
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical prowess.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen and a proactive mindset
