We focus on healthy beautiful natural hair and giving a 5* bespoke service that is unbeatable anywhere.
We are now opening our doors and want to welcome some new talent to our team. We are looking for experienced hair Stylists, Junior stylists and Salon assistants that can bring the same passion, care and focus that we have already grown since opening.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Shampoo Assistant to join our team and help deliver excellent service... that our clients will remember.
Job Overview
As a Shampoo Assistant, you will play an integral role in the salon experience, working closely with stylists and other team members to provide support and help maintain a seamless client experience. Your primary responsibility is to ensure clients are prepared for their appointments by shampooing, conditioning, and prepping hair, while creating a relaxing, enjoyable experience. You’ll also help keep the salon clean, stocked, and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Client Preparation: Greet clients warmly, provide them with a welcoming experience, and prepare them for services.
• Shampooing & Conditioning: Perform hair washing and conditioning with attention to client comfort and stylist instructions.
• Salon Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including washing basins, restocking shampoo and conditioner supplies, and sweeping around the stylist stations.
• Towel & Linen Management: Launder and fold towels, capes, and other salon linens as needed.
• Support Stylists: Assist stylists by preparing stations, managing client appointments, and handling any additional support needs.
• Customer Service: Offer beverages, magazines, or other amenities to clients to ensure a comfortable and pleasant visit.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a basic understanding of the salon’s hair care products to answer simple client inquiries and support the sales of products as needed.
Qualifications
• Prior experience in a salon or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A team player with a proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of hair care practices and willingness to learn more about salon services.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
