They are looking for a Lead M&E Engineer to work within the London head office of one of the world’s leading media and entertainment companies. You will lead a team of engineers to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on various electrical and... mechanical building services equipment.
As a Lead M&E Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring safe operation and repair of all mechanical and electrical building services and fabric equipment, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, working collaboratively with a team to deliver high-quality engineering solutions, managing sub-contractor activity, and instructing/ supporting the engineering team on shift.

Requirements:
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in a relevant engineering qualification
• Proven experience in fast paced, blue chip corporate environment
• Skilled in MS Office and PDA usage
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Experience with BMS operation
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
• Proactive problem-solver committed to high standards of safety and quality
