Job Description: Duties and Responsibilities
Assistant Manager will supervise all employee’s and will educate, train and work with employees at the direction of the President, or his delegate. Maintain a routine maintenance schedule and optimize staffing to sustain maximum car wash output. Interact with all employees in a professional and competent manner to ensure quality and customer satisfaction by working “HANDS – ON” with the employees. And maintain a professional working environment. Assistant Manager will also be required to cover all shifts when the owner is away.
Assist with Marketing initiatives with the President to develop new business... opportunities within current customer base and with qualified new prospects that will contribute to increased sales and gross profits. Identify, pursue , and secure qualified major accounts or multi-unit prospects. Communicate business opportunities and competition to senior management.
Provide excellent customer service with customers, vendors, brokers, maintaining open communication with all and be available to handle and resolve customer complaints.
Working Conditions/Environment involves working outside; you must be able to handle extreme cold and hot temperatures according to the season, as well as, getting wet on regular basis.
Job Requirements
High School or GED equivalent and/or four more years of relevant industry experience. Ability to perform multiple tasks with conflicting priorities. Good people skills, basic understanding of an automobile, and a valid driver’s license, tolerance to extreme cold and hot temperatures, cashier experience, and computer skills. Ability to lift 50lbs. Ability to work in a physical environment for nine hours. Other job extras are gone over in the applicant’s interview.

Days of Work: Working weekends and Holidays when requested when car wash is open.
MONDAY Work weekends will include Saturday and Sunday with Wednesday and Tuesday off on those weeks. The Assistant Manager will also be required to cover all shifts when the owner is away.
TUESDAY Work weekends will include Saturday and Sunday with Wednesday and Tuesday off on those weeks. The Assistant Manager will also be required to cover all shifts when the owner is away.
WEDNESDAY Work weekends will include Saturday and Sunday with Wednesday and Tuesday off on those weeks. The Assistant Manager will also be required to cover all shifts when the owner is away.
