As the Learning & Development Manager at ISS, you will be pivotal to our organisational success by leading the development and delivery of comprehensive training programs for all functions across the contract.

Your ability to establish excellent relationships with operational teams and collaborate with subject matter experts within the wider business will be essential in ensuring effective training delivery.
In addition to training, this role will also involve auditing and compliance functions across the site and services, ensuring that our standards are consistently met. Key... Responsibilities
• Manage all aspects of training with a key focus on delivering high quality training to all new and existing Healthcare employees
• Develop and implement learning strategies and programs
• Support managers in the development of their team members
• Act as the go to within the contract for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development
• Work closely with various managers across the contract and having a full understanding of their units and Training requirements
• Embrace different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching
• Build and maintain relationships with 3rd party training providers
• Arrange 3rd party training
• Deliver On-boarding and induction training
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
• Management, development, and talent training experience
• Experience in designing and supplying a variety of training styles
• Ability to build relationships with external suppliers and stake holders
• Qualified to degree, CIPD or CTP level, or equivalent
• Confident in both written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences
• Organisational skills
• Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
• Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
