The Healthcare Project Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering client-identified project works across London and surrounding counties.
Working closely with Site Managers, FM Managers, ISS stakeholders, designers, and suppliers, you will ensure the successful execution of planned projects within the healthcare sector.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Job Description
In this role, you will assemble and manage the necessary professional services support and construction delivery teams to execute the annual project programs released by the NHS client specific to your region.
You will coordinate with ISS National Programme Project Managers to ensure the smooth delivery of client-identified programs, overseeing all aspects of project implementation, delivery, documentation, supply chain management, handover, and warranty management.
Your work will be aligned with the ISS... Operational Process Framework to ensure consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities
• Working alongside Site Managers, FM Managers, ISS Stakeholders, Designers, and Supplier to deliver planned client identified project works within London and surrounding counties
• Assemble the necessary professional services support, and construction delivery teams to support the planned annual project programmes released by NHS client specific to that region
• Coordinate with ISS National Programme Project Managers to assist the smooth delivery of client identified programmes of work effecting the allocated region
• Project implementation, delivery, documentation, supply chain, handover & warranty management aligned to the ISS Operational Process Framework
• Responsible for delivery in adherence to ISS UK Project Standards & Playbook
• Responsibility for Health &Safety and CDM on relevant projects
• Implementation & compliance with all statutory, ISS procedures
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
• Project Management Experience as a Tier 2 supplier with a proven track record in high class project management/professional service delivery
• Ideally the job holder should have been educated to at least Degree, HND or equivalent full technical standard. Ideally hold a recognised qualification in project management such as RICS or APM
• Technical expertise, qualifications in a recognised discipline (Fabric/Elec/Mech/Civil etc) would be an important pre-requisite of the role
• Knowledge of key operational procedures, e.g. project road maps, planned maintenance systems, Quality and Health & Safety
• Full knowledge of information technology, Microsoft projects, Windows, spreadsheets, keyboard skills, etc
• Experience of Government Contract Administration tools such as CEMAR or FastDraft will be an advantage
