Join ISS as an M&E Engineer, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the mechanical and electrical systems of our client's property portfolio.

We are dedicated to providing an efficient and effective engineering maintenance function, which is critical to the client's operations and essential for achieving 100% uptime. This portfolio includes critical environments, office spaces, IT facilities, and satellite support offices across the UK.

Job Description

In this position, you will work collaboratively within a team to execute reactive and planned preventative maintenance on M&E systems.

You will also escort and oversee specialist sub-contractors engaged in performing these maintenance tasks, ensuring adherence to ISS procedures.

A key responsibility will be to ensure that the infrastructure supporting all critical facilities at the client site remains fully operational, thereby achieving... 100% SLA uptime.

We seek a proactive and skilled engineer who excels in teamwork, demonstrates ownership, and possesses strong technical abilities.

A positive “can do” attitude is essential, as is a commitment to fostering a culture of customer care. You will also be part of the call-out rota and will have access to a portfolio vehicle.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide M&E maintenance for RBS Bank’s property portfolio, ensuring efficient and effective engineering functions critical for 100% uptime
• Responsible for reactive and planned preventative maintenance as part of a team
• Escort and oversee specialist subcontractors during maintenance and M&E work
• Adhere to ISS safe working procedures (ICE)
• Ensure all Critical Facilities infrastructure on RBS Site remains fully operational, delivering 100% SLA uptime
• Contribute to risk mitigation by understanding Critical Environment Works Authorisation documents and Standard Operating Procedures
• Train to become an LV Authorised Person (Electrical) for the client portfolio; potential training for HVAP if suitable
