Higher Level Teaching Assistant | Tower Hamlets, London

Higher Level Teaching Assistant | Job Summary
• Full time term time only Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Commencing in September until the end of the academic year
• Opportunities to qualify as a teacher and gain QTS
• Role paying £420-£500 per week | Paid weekly on PAYE basis
• Minimum 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK University
• Previous Child centered or TA experience is desirable

Higher Level Teaching Assistant | Job Role
• Lead small group interventions and on a 1:1 basis to support students who require extra help
• Support the class teacher and... plan learning activities as and when needed
• Work with students in KS1 & KS2 with opportunities to cover the class in the absence of the Teacher
• Be professional, committed to the role and has great time management
• Build good relationships with students of varied levels
