Abbatt Property Recruitment are an award-winning agency placing people into roles in the Residential Property industry, in London and beyond.
We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our Perms division. This is a warm/HOT desk with open roles fed through to the team from the Client Liaison division, so there will be roles to fill from day 1. We are looking to recruit for this role as it is essential we expand our Perms team to cope with increased demand from our clients - we want to ensure we are able to fill every single open role we get given whilst providing a great service to our clients and candidates.
Our perms team specialise in recruiting property professionals, with particular focus on concierge, property manager and building manager roles. We use a consultative approach with our clients, and this role is all about building relationships with our clients and candidates. This role brings huge earning potential - commission is uncapped and there is no... threshold!
What you will do
• Managing relationships with existing clients, providing consultative advice based on market insights
• Business development to engage with new clients
• Liaising with the sales team
• Sourcing candidates using a range of innovative channels including social media, Linked In Recruiter, job boards etc
• Interviewing candidates, formatting CVs and producing descriptive and persuasive bios to send to clients
• Coaching candidates to perform at their best in interviews
• Networking
• Client entertainment
