Recruitment Consultant - Business Office Services

OTE £50,000 - £60,000 - Commission Uncapped

About the Company - PRS Recruitment Services is a leading Facilities Engineering, Support Services, and Property recruitment company with offices throughout the UK and Texas USA.

About the Role - We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and dynamic consultant to join our London office. In this role, you will work within a dedicated team to develop and deliver temporary and permanent staffing in Business Support, Commercial & Administration.

Responsibilities -
• Build trusted relationships with new and existing clients
• Expand client base through new business development and networking
• Engage proactively with candidates and build candidate resources to meet client demands
• Manage time effectively and handle job volume and applicants
• Understand client needs and expectations, delivering to both
• Provide consultative support to clients/candidates on market conditions and... trends
• Post regular social media content and adverts to attract candidates
• Manage all aspects of client/candidate engagement during temporary contract periods
• Keep regular contact with clients and candidates during interview coordination and feedback
• Source and screen applicants using internal CRM, job boards, and social media
• Negotiate fees with clients and pay rates with candidates

Required Skills -

• Outgoing and confident personality
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Communicative and customer-focused working style
• Minimum 1 year in a recruitment role with temporary recruitment
