Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated ServiceNow Junior Consultant to play a key role in both pre-sales and delivery, defining ServiceNow based solutions to meet client requirements.
As ServiceNow Junior Consultant you will provide consulting services to clients, understand and translate their business and technical requirements, support the efforts of more experienced consultants and contribute to the design and delivery of technical architecture solution components.
Within this role the ServiceNow Junior Consultant will:
• Prepare and... run functional design workshops including the creation of design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and client requirements.
• Qualify client requirements through validation of “needs” versus “wants”.
• Provide creative solutions to resolve business problems via customer requirements based on technology, process gaps and cultural challenges.
• Communicate problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audience.
• Work with the Pre-Sales and Technical Architecture functions to support, validate and help deliver client presentations, workshops and responses to technical and business enquiries.
• Support technical design activities.
• Assist with gap analysis highlighting current state, future state, client needs and good practices.
• Follow-up on outstanding client needs and provide timely status reports to the project manager.
• Communicate in formal presentation settings including medium sized groups, internal and external project teams.
• Deliver a positive and value-add experience for your clients in every interaction.
• Generate additional opportunities within projects.
• Identify opportunities for improvement within existing service operations and core propositions related to ServiceNow.
• Assist with the development and extension of ServiceNow based offerings and proposals and across all products (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HR SD, Customer Service, Security, Application Development and Now Platform).
Required Professional and Technical Expertise
• Recent graduate with relevant ServiceNow Consulting experience in a direct client-facing role.
• Experience in providing solutions to business problems and working with ServiceNow.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
• Ability to produce documentation on various levels including technical and customer facing.
• Experience in delivering ServiceNow projects.
• Expertise in crafting ServiceNow service solutions that integrate with client service structures and operating models.
• Broad business and technology skills coupled with client interfacing skills.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and presentations skills together with the ability to deliver customer presentations at a senior level.
• Proficient with Microsoft products including the ability to manipulate electronic based documentation.
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
• Understanding of Agile delivery and Project Management methodologies.
• Certified in at least one ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification or Certified ServiceNow System Administrator.
• Experience of delivering dashboard solutions using ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
• Willingness to travel.
• Understanding of common business analysis techniques and approaches.
• Experience of working alongside business analysts to define a solution.
