A well respected national law firm, recognised for its rapid growth and comprehensive services, is seeking a Marketing & Digital Assistant to join their Marketing and Business Development team. As a Marketing & Digital Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting these activities, working alongside experienced professionals in an environment that promotes learning and development. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates, motivated A-level leavers, or current Marketing Administrators eager to advance their careers in a dynamic legal environment.
The Responsibilities:
• Assisting with organising events, preparing handouts, attendee lists, and presentations; supporting on-site registration and logistics; analysing event feedback.
• Updating website content, including blogs, videos, and podcasts; assisting with SEO optimisation, competitor research, and keyword strategies.
• Maintaining and cleansing contact lists, ensuring data accuracy for marketing campaigns and... client communications.
• Updating records of client feedback and survey responses, supporting the firm's ESG initiatives.
• Monitoring firmwide enquiries, maintaining credentials for pitches, and assisting with new business trends analysis.
• Creating e-bulletins, proof-reading external material, updating team credentials, and supporting directory submissions.
• Undertaking ad-hoc research and supporting the team with diverse marketing and business development projects as needed.
The Candidate:
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of CMS systems (such as WordPress) and SEO practices.
• A proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Interest in marketing and business, demonstrated through relevant education (A-level or degree) or experience.
